Managing Director
Neil is a Chartered Surveyor (QS and Construction) with over 30 years’ experience in the property and construction sectors, working in Board Level positions with businesses involved in development, design and construction.
More recently, he has worked with clients in a wide range of sectors, including Education, Engineering, Marine, Professional Services and Manufacturing.
In the last 10 years, Neil has concentrated increasingly on helping clients implement and secure the benefits of working with integrated management systems, providing a structured approach to control risks and exploit opportunities, establish resilience and sustainability, improve efficiency and results.
An experienced growth coach and business practitioner, he is a management systems assessor and a consultant to UKAS accredited Certification Bodies.

His diverse business expertise has been honed by over 30 years of hands-on experience, ranging from project and operations management to strategic management and corporate business development in both the UK and international markets.
Mal is educated to master’s level with an MBA and attained Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute in 2003.
His expertise was initially developed in Construction and the wider Built Environment, before working with clients in the broader fields of Energy, Oil & Gas, Environmental, Manufacturing, Property, Infrastructure, Marine and Engineering sectors.
